The KNFV-KF polyurethane-lined slurry valve is specifically designed for high-abrasion slurry applications. Its superior wear resistance significantly extends the valve's service life in harsh environments. The polyurethane lining of the valve body possesses excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, effectively isolating the slurry medium from direct erosion of the valve body structure, thus protecting the core components from damage over the long term. When the polyurethane bushing wears down after prolonged operation, only the bushing needs to be replaced, eliminating the need to replace the entire valve. This greatly reduces maintenance costs and downtime, effectively resetting the valve's lifespan.
