The KNFV-KA unidirectional sealing knife gate valve is a special valve designed specifically for unidirectional pressure-bearing and harsh media conditions. Based on the general-purpose knife gate valve, it achieves zero-leakage sealing in the specified pressure direction through a reinforced asymmetric sealing structure, making it an indispensable key shut-off device in pipelines transporting slurries, powders, and slags.
The valve employs an asymmetric design, with an enhanced structure on one side of the sealing seat specifically designed to withstand media pressure from a predetermined direction.
Under system pressure, the gate and the sealing seat fit tightly together, and the sealing specific pressure increases with the increase of pressure, achieving an automatically enhanced sealing effect and ensuring that the bubble-level sealing standard is achieved in the specified flow direction. The gate is often made of high-hardness alloy (such as stainless steel or chromium steel) or coated with a wear-resistant coating, while the valve seat sealing surface is made of wear-resistant elastic material (such as rubber or polyurethane) or hard alloy.

Main Applications: Mining and mineral processing, power plant ash removal, municipal sewage treatment, papermaking and pulping, chemical slurry treatment.
Suitable Media: Suitable for various slurries, viscous fluids, powder pneumatic conveying, and gases/liquids containing particulate impurities. (Important Note: During installation, strictly follow the arrow direction marked on the valve body to ensure the medium is pushed from the sealing side to the non-sealing side.)
